Kia Motors South Africa has launches an online chat service to give its customers the opportunity to have access to expert knowledge and allow for a better customer experience when dealing with questions and problems.
The service is called Live Online Chat and allows Kia customers access to Kia Motors South Africa’s website (www.kia.co.za) and conduct discussions with dedicated professionals in real time.
According to the company, this is the first time in South Africa that such a service has been implemented for a motor company. It already exists in other industries across the world.
The Live Online Chat service allows users to get instant information regarding Kia’s products, services, what special promotions are currently on, the Kia dealer network and can have all their questions answered immediately by professionals.
The service is, unfortunately, only available during business hours and not, like many other services of its kind across the globe, 24/7. But at least it’s a step in the right direction. Who knows, if it proves to be successful and needed, the company might just change its mind and make it an always-on service.
